Originally named as Fender Electric Instrument Manufacturing Company, it was established in 1946 by Clarence Leonidas Fender. Its instrument models like the Stratocaster, Telecaster, Precision Bass and Jazz Bass were not changed since 1950's and 1960's original styles.
