This lot contains 1966 Dinky Toys Ford GT Race Car, Number 215, Made in England, in Very Good condition. This first variation is worth a serious look if you need this model for your collection. This hard-to-find example has just a few scattered pinpricks. Car is complete and free from breaks or cracks. This race car has opening front and rear body sections. The rear features gold painted Ford V8, exhausts, and transaxle. Front displays gold suspension details. There may be some black detailing to engine compartment and to the various body vents. Car has nice racing numbers and racing stripe. Car has clear plastic headlamp lenses and red painted tail lights, turned hubs, black rubber tires, and black cast base. This vintage Dinky Toy is a super clean and nice example with an honest patina, and it displays SUPER.
