Each roll is 25 feet long by 12” wide.This is top-quality industrial grade dry etch film in hobbyistquantities.
I personal spool this product from a fresh 250ft roll to make this accessible to hobbyists and artists in reasonable quantities.
Material is extremely uniform and reliable, unlike the ugly, splotchy “bluestuff” that comes from mainland China and is totally frustrating to work with. This film is made in the USA, by one of the largest producers in the world, andcompares directly to the quality of Dupont Riston films.
You will be amazed by its quality compared to the pretender exposure times (5-60 seconds) using 350-400nm UV light. Works well with UV LED lamps, inexpensiveblack light fluorescent bulbs, or traditional mercury vapor systems. Non-toxic water-based chemistry. Forbest results apply this film using a hot laminator such as a Scotch pouchlaminator on the thickest setting (5mil).Develops in 1% soda ash solution after exposure.Best results are achieved using a 2 minute UV exposure after development of the image.Gives excellent results with a variety of common acidic etchants, FerricChloride, Cupric Chloride, Sodium Persulfate, Ammonium Persulfate, etc.Excellent tenting properties for bridging drilled holes.Exposed resist strips off with a 1% sodium hydroxide solution or 10% soda ash once etching is complete.Product ships on large-diameter rigid PCV core with protective end-platessuitable for smooth unspooling. 2”diameter core reduces rollup after cutting to size.Rolls are protected from exposure by ambient light with 6mil heavy-dutyblackout bags.Suggested use-cases:
