Up for sale is a beautiful, authentic antique Art Deco pocket ashtray/trinket dish dating back to the 1920s or 1930s. This exquisite piece features a stylized solid bronze cat casting with a high-arched back, mounted securely onto a beautifully carved, translucent green onyx stone base.
Originally made as a personal pocket ashtray, it serves perfectly today as an elegant decorative catchall, ring holder, or desk accessory.

• Material: Cast Bronze figure on a carved Green Onyx base.
• Condition: Good antique condition with a stunning, untouched dark aged patina on the bronze figure. The unpolished underside shows natural stone grinding marks and houses the original lead/resin plug securing the mounting hardware. The onyx base displays minor authentic wear consistent with a century of age, including a few small "flea bites" (minor scuffs/tiny chips) along the outer edges and pointed tips (please review all close-up photographs carefully as they form part of the description). No structural cracks or deep repairs. Unmarked/unsigned, which is standard for small novelties of this specific era.
