Circa: 1920This gorgeous antique Chinese art deco rug is in immaculate condition with both sides and ends in original condition absent of any repairs or restorations. The rug depicts a charming village scene on the river with a lantern hanging from a branch and a beautiful riverside bridge scene in the bottom right corner. This rug was made with all natural vegetable dyes and soft hand spun wool with every knot tied tightly by hand over 100 years ago.
