Antique Victorian Solid Brass Figural Inkwell & Pen Holder – Old Woman in Bonnet For Sale

A rare, highly detailed antique Victorian desk accessory cast in heavy solid brass. Modeled as a character bust of an expressive smiling matron/crone in a bonnet, the top of the bonnet opens on a sturdy hinge to reveal the ink reservoir chamber, flanked by two side sockets designed to hold dip pens or quills. Featuring a rich natural patina and an underside keyhole slot (originally for anchoring or wall/desk mounting), this is an exceptional oddity and conversation piece for collectors of antique inkstands, figural brassware, or dark academia decor.
