Bluegreen Vacations Travel Points - 4,500 Annual & 4,500 Biennial For Sale

Hey everyone.I have a family member who’s been having a lot of surgeries the last few years and doesn’t travel very well anymore.They purchased a timeshare several years ago for over $25,000 with Bluegreen resorts. THAT IS COMPLETELY PAID IN FULL. This timeshare is a point based timeshare, not 1 particular week . The points can be used at anytime and can be transferable with RCI to travel or to save your points for 2 years if unable to travel so they don’t expire. They are willing to pass down their timeshare to anyone FREE OF CHARGE to use for years to come .There will be a transfer of Title so the Timeshare is updated to YOUR NAME. My family member is willing to pay the $500 title transfer fee. Only cost to the new person who would be interested in the timeshare would be $1000 .00 yearly association fee starting October 31, 2026.
