A baluster vase with a pink ground densely painted in famille rose enamels: phoenixes among flowering branches, a stiff leaf band at the neck and a ruyi and yellow band at the shoulder.
The base carries a red Jiaqing seal mark. The vase is a later piece in the Qing style. Some surface wear and grime on the unglazed foot ring.
A colorful accent for a shelf or console.
