Original factory master model for the Gallo Pewter “Marc Antony & Cleopatra” sculpture.
Rare 1987 Gallo Pewter original Factory Master Prototype depicting the historic meeting of Marc Antony and Cleopatra. This finely detailed pewter display features Cleopatra seated on her throne, Marc Antony in Roman armor, and an attendant holding a ceremonial fan. The front of the base is engraved “Marc Anthony Cleopatra.”
Factory master prototypes were created before production and used to approve the final design, making them significantly rarer than standard production pieces. In pewter manufacturing, a hand-finished prototype is typically used to create production molds.
