Circa: 1910This gorgeous small antique Chinese art deco rug features a very rare pink hue that is very difficult to achieve with the natural vegetable dyes which this piece was used to make. This piece is in very nice condition with no structural repairs yet some minor refurbishments to the color. The design features a lovely scene of botany with a butterfly flying through as well as depictions of potted flowers. This piece was made with all natural dyes and soft hand spun wool.
