Tea time just got fancy — and a little bit sassy!
Meet Lladró #5122 "August Moon", sculpted by Vicente Martinez and issued in 1982 (retired 1993). Thiselegant, retiredfigurine shows a graceful Japanese lady in traditional kimono, kneeling serenely as she performs a beautiful tea ceremony under the soft glow of an August moon.
With Lladró’s signature glossy glaze, delicate fabric folds, and peaceful-yet-confident expression, she’s quietly serving up tranquility… while low-key reminding everyone else on the shelf that she’s the most refined one in the room.
Standing approx. 8.75–9 inches tall, she brings graceful Japanese artistry and timeless charm to any collection.
Condition Note:
Comes with the original box. The figurine is in excellent condition — no chips, no cracks, no repairs, and every tiny detail (from the tea set to the flowing kimono) is crisp and beautiful.
Warning: Displaying this beauty may cause:
- Sudden urges to sip tea more elegantly (pinkie out, of course)
- Your other figurines feeling a little underdressed
- Random peaceful sighs every time you walk by and catch her serene “I’ve got my life together” energy
