Up for sale is a fantastic, authentic lot of eight (8) antique celluloid pinback buttons dating back to circa 1910–1912. These historic pins were originally distributed as promotional premiums inside cigarette packs by major brands of the era like Chesterfield, Perfection, and Hassan Cigarettes.
This lot features six pins from the legendary, humorous "I'm the Guy" series (inspired by the famous 1910s comic strip catchphrase by cartoonist Rube Goldberg), alongside a rare, larger comic pin by the iconic sports/comic artist TAD (Thomas Aloysius Dorgan).
