Vintage Heartland Valley VillageACE HARDWAREis a medium-sized, hand-painted porcelain building from 1990's. This pieceshowcases hand painted, intricate detailing in a multicolor palette. It has been retired for years, is rare and very hard to find!

Building is in excellent condition with light cord and bulb. No cracks, chips, fading, etc. The original box sleeve has tears and does show wear and tear from storage, but does not affect the building. Please refer to all photos for details.

NOTE:We have an extensive Dept 56 collection. This past holiday season we covered an entire pool table, another village under the Christmas Tree, plus 3 separate side tables! We are moving soon and this entire collection will be posted for sale. Please watch for other listings as I have a lot to post! I will ship the most economical way and will refund any difference paid.
