Volume 2 1948, published 2003
Volume 3 1949, published 2004
Volume 4 1950, published 2005
Volume 5 1951, published 2005
Volume 6 1952, published 2006
Volume 7 1953, published 2006
Volume 8 1954, published 2007
Volume 9 1955, published 2008 (note: there is some mild bending/warping to this book due to moisture exposure or improper storage - if former, there are no stains).
Volumes 1-8 measure (1947 - 1954) 7" x 10", volume 9 (1955) is 8.5" x 9".
