8.5"wide x 11"highISBN 978-1-926517-03-2This book contains accurate measured drawings of the Presidents home in Washington, DC, The White House. For security reasons, the top residential floor plan is not available along with the national security rooms deep below the building. These drawings were performed under the guidance of the Historic American Buildings Survey program initiated during the Great Depression to record as many of the greatest architectural masterpieces in the USA as possible. This drawing set is extremely accurate even including the landscaping plan with every tree and natural detail. The book pages contain high resolution black line drawings on natural cream paper. The original large format drawings were scanned with a digital scanner. The original large scale pencil drawings have faded over the years so the scans were weak. Our publishing company developed a unique computer program to restore the line weight and density to make the original drawings look almost as good as the day they were drawn. Books are shipped First Class USPS in a padded envelope.Larger quantities of this book are available to order.
