Based on the original Wonderful Wizard of Oz book from ~ 1889 - 1900, the matryoshka set makes a wonderful gift for all Wizard of Oz fans as well as collectors. The largest doll measures over 5" tall and features the main character Dorothy in front of the Emerald Castle on a green meadow.
We designed each doll with very close attention to details and with customers' feedback in mind. Each image was originally hand drawn in our studio, then accurately duplicated to custom fit each nesting doll of this beautiful set. Because each set is crafted by hand, there may be very minor deviations amongst the nesting dolls versus the photos.
This adorable collection comes with a beautiful purple color box, ready to be wrapped or simply tied with a bow for easy and hassle free gift giving to a loved one.
WATER BASED and ALL NATURAL MATERIALS: Our nesting dolls are handmade out of Basswood. Hand picked wooden blanks were painted with eco friendly water colors and polished with water-based lacquer. Thicker cut wood of the largest doll preserves the smaller dolls stored inside.
Quantities are very limited.
